Nazir voted Asia's second best bank CEO

BUMIPUTRA-COMMERCE Holdings Bhd's (1023) group chief executive officer,

Datuk Seri Nazir Razak, was voted Asia's second best bank chief executive in a survey done by Institutional Investor magazine.

Nazir shares second place with Eung Chan Ra and Yin Ho Lee, the two CEOs of Korea's Shinhan Financial Group Co.

The winner for the category was Weihua Ma of China Merchants Bank Co.

Seven categories were highlighted in the second annual ranking of Asia's Best CEOs by Institutional Investor's - namely Banks and Other Financials, Autos and Auto Parts, Consumer, Media, Property, Technology/IT Services and Software and Telecommunications.
The results compiled after the voting period closed in March this year were based on the responses of research analysts and portfolio managers at leading money management firms.
